Return Window

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your KinderClimb set for a full refund. The return window begins when you receive your order, not when it ships.

Returns initiated after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

  • • Items in original, unused condition
  • • All original packaging and hardware included
  • • Assembly instructions and documentation present
  • • No signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • • Custom or personalized items
  • • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • • Items missing original packaging or hardware
  • • Items returned after 30-day window
  • • Items purchased with special promotions (case-by-case basis)

Do not return items without first obtaining a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 1-2 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 3-5 business days (varies by bank)

Return Shipping

Defective Items: We provide a prepaid return label
Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:
